  This is the continuation of two previous successful workshops on the practical photometry (see Previous Events). The course consists of theoretical lectures on astrophysics and practical lessons on photometry. The main topic is the quick and accurate photometry of the optical sources discovered in the wide fields associated with LIGO/Virgo gravitational events. It is announced that during the LIGO/Virgo Run O3 all information about GW events will be public immediately after the discovery. This encourage all optical astronomers to search for and to observe possible optical counterparts of the GW events.
