The seminar was organised by the Directorate general III – Social Cohesion of the Council of Europe, the Trento Autonomous Province and the OECD will take place in the premises of the Council of Europe. The seminar was devoted to discussion of people well-being problems, material and immaterial issues of people, development of indicators to assess people well-being status. Elena Milanova was invited as expert.
