  CAC-FRAS launching event will be held on 28-29 August 2018, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic in form of workshop with thematic topic on strengthening the linkages between extension, education and research and other AIS actors. During the events participants will be informed and discuss CAC-FRAS institutional information, organizational principles of CAC-FRAS, country presentations on the Status of Rural Advisory Services, the experience of advanced national extension systems, key challenges and responses to strengthen the links between extension, education and research, R&D and extension: opportunities for inter-regional cooperation. The participation in the event is open for any extension, education/training, research organizations, NGOs, private and public organization, donors and development organizations, regional and international networks of RAS, research and education, food security and nutrition.
