  The aims of the 5th International Conference on Competitive Materials and Technology Processes are the fostering of interdisciplinary collaboration and interaction among scholars, scientists, researchers, PhD students as well as product and technology developer engineers. The international conference ic-cmtp5 provides a platform among leading international scientists, physicists, chemists, mathematicians, researchers, PhD students and engineers for discussing recent achievements in development, application, characterization, measurement and modelling of advanced materials and new technologies and methods for their production, application and characterization. In our days materials can be competitive in wide range of structure and appearance including nanoscale or liquid, melt, solid, powder, crystal and amorphous structures. Among the major fields of interest are the influences of chemical or mineral compositions together with technological factors like sintering temperatures, forming mechanical stresses, deformation speeds and times on material structures, phase transformation and morphology, physical, chemical, electrical, optical, thermal and mechanical properties of foams, emulsions, suspensions, liquids, powders, crystals of competitive and innovative materials like nanomaterials, medical- and biomaterials, carbon and carbon based materials, ceramics, plastics, films, coatings, metals, alloys, glasses, composites, hetero-modulus, hetero-plastic and hetero-viscous complex material systems, hybrid materials, … etc.
