  The Arctic is cold, dark for half of the year, and poses challenges not commonly found in other development areas. These factors demand innovative approaches, in part because companies cannot operate in conventional ways in Arctic areas. SAMCoT is committed to build new capacity in the next generation of Arctic experts, and in doing so trains the next generation of industry thinkers.
