The Diplomatic Academy welcomes academic experts and practitioners from different countries who are interested in presentation of their research findings on the theme “Transformation of the International Relations (TIR) in the XXI Century” for the 2016 conference. Papers should focus on all aspects of TIR including conceptual, theoretical, and empirical dimensions. Proposals based on multidisciplinary approaches are especially welcomed. In particular, we encourage contributions addressing the following issues: • Theory and philosophy of international relations.
