  Asia Pacific Conference on Plasma Physics brings together plasma scientists, engineers, students and industrial vendors from around the globe to share ideas and exchange information on the cutting edge of plasma science and technology. Our annual conferences always attracted many good speakers but many speakers complained that audience is too small. To address this issue, Program Committee Chairs discussed the idea of AAPPS-DPP Chair, and several measures will be implemented. Among them, the most important thing is that each paid speaker can nominate one additional researcher to have free access to our conference under the condition of well-behaved person not make any trouble like Zoom Bombing.
