  Dear Prof. А.Н.Чумаков, The 9th East Lake Forum on Global Governance will be held on November 18-19, 2023, Wuhan, China (the online conference will be held simultaneously). It is organized by Institute of State Governance, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). The theme is Mutual Learning Among Civilizations and Global Governance. Given your outstanding achievements and significant influence in this field, we especially invite you to attend the forum and deliver the keynote speech.
