  Catalysis is at the heart of major societal and industrial challenges concerning energy, environment, health and sustainable development. To meet these challenges, an interdisciplinary approach from molecules to materials and processes is required, joining efforts from heterogeneous, homogeneous and enzymatic catalysis. EuropaCat’s issues are to cover the most advanced research topics in the interdisciplinary field of Catalysis and to pave the way for future research challenges. The scientific program is based on nine topics distributed in four parallel sessions covering all the fundamental and applied aspects of catalysis. We have received more than 1700 scientific papers and we are expecting about 1500 congressists from all over the world, and among them the best scientific researchers on formal and applied catalysis, as well as many of industrial participants. EuropaCat remains a very attractive international venue for discussing on catalysis and the organizing committee is sure that this 11th edition will be a very real success.
