Сomparative analysis was carried out for the dynamics of reservoir induced seismicity (RIS) in the Koyna-Warna (Western India) seismic area and annual variations of the water level in reservoirs in period of 1961-2013. The cyclic variations of water level cause the cyclic response of seismicity in two zones of seismic area between Koyna and Warna reservoirs. The cyclic response of seismicity was found to be disappearing after a doublet of earthquakes with M>5 in 2000. Then, the cyclic response of seismicity reappears after 2006. A similar eect was found previously in laboratory experiments for acoustic emission response to periodic variations of axial loading.
