The article discusses the problem of constructing a research stand-alone system based on the use of the cloud services to obtain time estimations for functioning performance of a distributed system for remote work with integrated speech databases (SDBs). Such a system will make it possible to develop basic technological solutions using mechanisms for implementing remote access to accumulated and systematized data in SDBs. The use of cloud services as a new paradigm for organization of infrastructure and creation of distributed applications will help develop a package of cloud scalable web-services for unified multi-platform remote access to integrated SDBs in the cloud data storage.
