This poster is devoted to the development of a basic block diagram for the device that warns about an earthquake that has occurred. This will permit using the advantages accruing from the installation of individual independent instruments and will primarily help reduce the radius of the hazardous zone where no earthquake warning can be produced down to 20 km. However, such individual seismic instruments can also be used to set up seismograph networks that are simple to create, which will substantially increase the range of problems such networks can handle. We give possible assembly variants and formulate the basic technical and technological requirements on instruments of this class.
