The modern soil science is characterized by emergence of a large number of artificially created soils from layers of non-native soils. The high demand of soil construction formation is caused by anthropogenic influence that destroys a soil cover of territories, or makes impossible to use them. Substances, usually used for creation of new soils, have absolutely different physical and chemical properties and are united in the general construction. These new soil systems are functioning under new conditions, such as climate, relief, another plants and antropogenic influence. It certainly leads to gradual transformation of soil`s properties. In general, soil constructions are very young soils, so we are able to research just the beginning of their transformation. Fortunately, the fast changes of soil properties start at the beginning of the process. So, the aim of this research is firstly to study features of functioning and transformation of different soil constructions and secondly to compare them with natural analogs.
