It is well known that the number of healthy, vital cells decreases in organs during aging, and the number of dead cells increases, some of which are replaced by connective tissue [1]. It follows from this: to solve the problem of aging, it is necessary that any organ always consists of viable, young cells capable of performing the appropriate functions. In our research we have tried to show that in order for the culture of cells (including organ or tissue, etc.) always to be dominated by young working cells, it is necessary to constantly renew the cellular population, i.e. to eliminate old cells and thus create opportunities for young cells to divide and restore the population of cells (as well as the population of cells in the organs, so that they can again perform their functions).
