Аннотация доклада:
We consider a nanotube based cathode and cold field electron emission. Physically interesting question is how emission current depends on geometrical characteristics of the cathode, including tubes aspect ratio and intertube distance. The work is done in the frame of government program in IPMech RAS (program number AAAAA17-117021310377-1).
