Аннотация доклада:
NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) spectroscopy provides powerful tools for the investigation of protein structure, interactions and conformational behavior in solution. In particular, method allows identification of the solution biomacromolecular structure with atomic resolution and characterization of the peptide chain motions in the time scale from picoseconds and slower. Basic principles of the protein NMR spectroscopy will be discussed using hands-on experience from everyday work for illustration.
