Аннотация доклада:
Influence of antioxidant on activity of enzyme, hexahistidine-containing organophosphorus hydrolase (His6-OPH), and vice versa was investigated and, as rule, negative effects weren’t determined. Moreover, un-known stabilization effect of antioxidants as applied to His6-OPH against inhibition by organic solvent was shown. It opens new possibilities to develop up-to-date nanobiocatalysts with combined (antioxidant and hydrolytic) activity.
