Аннотация доклада:
A volumetric liquefied lesion in a porcine model of hematoma ex vivo have been obtained using boiling histotripsy method. Cytological and ultrastructural analysis of control and treated hematoma were conducted using light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) correspondingly. Complete blood cells disintegration was shown by both types of these microscopy methods.
