The one of the most popular scenario of solar eruption and flare onset is based on the MHD kink instability of the magnetic flux-rope. The observational realization of magnetic flux rope is an prominence or a filament. In spite of well-developed theoretical MHD models supported by fitting of observations progress in solving this problem is braked by lacking of the vortex motion observations in the chromosphere. We present the resulting summary of analysis of the several events which were the eruption of the highly twisted prominence followed by onset of soft X-ray source. All of these events were observed by the Ondrejov horizontal telescope and spectrograph. Our analysis was based on identification of the structures observed in H-alpha spectra with the details on the filtergrams and analyzed evolution of Doppler component velocities. The timing and observed characteristics of the eruption were compared with prediction of model based on the twisting of the ropes and the kink instability.
