Fatigue is the most common complaint in children and adults during and after cancer treatment. In Russia, there is no reliable method for assessing fatigue. This study was planned in an attempt to adapt a Scale for the Assessment of Fatigue in Pediatric Oncology Patients Aged 7-12 and 13-18 for Children and Parents. In collecting the study data, we used the Child and Parent Information Form, Visual Fatigue Scale, Scale for the Assessment of Fatigue in Pediatric Oncology Patients Aged 7-12, 13-18 and the Scale for the Assessment of Fatigue in Pediatric Oncology Patients Aged 7-12, 13-18 for Parents. We also used Pearson correlation analysis, the Cronbach Alpha coefficient, Factor Analysis. In this study, the total Cronbach alpha value of the parent form was 0.91 and the total variance being explained was 94%. The total Cronbach alpha value of the child form was 0.93 and the total variance being explained was 82.9%. This study showed the possibility of using the questionnaire in the Russian sample. It is necessary to continue collecting and analyzing data in this direction.
