In teeth treatment with composite materials containing toxic chemical compounds, one can have burns of mouth cavity mucous, inflammatory reaction and formation of mucous defects appears. Such defects remain for a long time, sometimes for 5 months and longer, without any tendency to healing. For stimulation of reparation and regeneration processes in mouth cavity we used the chitosan sulfate electrophoresis to the defect areas immediately after the anti-inflammatory therapy (ultraviolet frequency or laser therapy). We carried out 10 treatments for 15-20 minutes daily or every other day by means of longitudinal or diametrical techniques. Epithelium restoration came in 10-12 days after the treatment. We have also got an experience in curing mucous defects, which can appear after teeth ablations as well as surgical operations.
