Аннотация доклада:
The paper is devoted to numerical methods of flat optical elements forming. New developments in synthesis of multilevel microrelief are introduced. The 10 nm accuracy of microrelief forming allows to achieve unique visual and covert effects of security optical elements. The elements are recorded by electron beam lithography.
