A new legal community of sub-sectors and institutions of various branches of law, can conditionally be called “Green” law, the basis of the content of which is environmental law, which includes such institutions of environmental law as, in particular, environmental safety, environmental law (land, water, forest, legal protection of the animal and plant world), environmental management fees and negative impact on the environment, waste management, accumulated environmental damage, control of emissions into the air, emissions trading, climate impact restrictions, resource conservation and so on. Sub-sectors and institutions of other branches of law (formed or adapted to the needs of the green economy) - international law (UN Framework Convention on Climate Change with its Protocols, emphasizes the importance of the Kyoto Protocol); - energy law (stimulating the development of renewable energy sources) at the first stage
