Piezoelectric ceramic materials used for manufacturing piezoelectric transducers, for various purposes. At present, most of these materials are based on the piezoelectric phases, which have the structure of perovskites-type. The traditional technologies of powders these phases and ceramic materials are using high-temperature processes (the interaction between solids phases). The deficiencies of these methods are low technological controllability processes of synthesis of the piezoelectric phases and sintering of ceramics. This leads to disruption composition of the target products of reactions and formation of ceramic materials with random microstructure. At this work demonstrated the possibility of synthesis ultrafine powders of tetragonal phases with composition BaTiO3, PbTiO3 when the temperature below 750 K. The effect of lowering the temperature of the process (as compared with the synthesis of BaTiO3 and PbTiO3, where used oxides or carbonates) is using, as precursor. active polymeric forms of titanium compounds (IV) and complex compounds of barium and lead. In our research, as a source of Ba2+ and Pb2+ ions for synthesis of the phases with the structure of perovskites-type, were used complexes of these elements, in which, as ligands acts 2-amino-4-imino-2-pentene. It is shown that a critical stage in the process is the dispersion of the precursors, which is performed with standard conditions. Were discussed the kinetic and thermodynamic aspects of the studied processes, as well as promising new technologies for practical use.
