Аннотация доклада:
We have analyzed the taxonomic composition of bacteria and archaea in a collection of root soil samples from four vertical flow constructed wetlands (CW) that purifies domestic wastewater. Buildings differed in the technological scheme and year of construction. Significant correlations of the microbial composition with the age of the structure, as well as with the efficiency of its work were found.
