Magnetization depth-profiles with nanometer resolution in low-dimensional heterostructures are of great importance for understanding of the long-range magnetic interactions and they are very essential for applications in spintronics, sensorics etc. Nuclear resonance ("Mössbauer") reflectivity (NRR)along with XRMR (X-ray Resonant Magnetic Reflectivity) and PNR (Polarized Neutron Reflectivity) is the most informative method for such investigation.The results of the [57Fe /Cr ]n multilayer investigations with different layers thicknesses including ultrathin ones (57Fe 0.8-1.2 Å), which form cluster-layer structures, are presented. The measurements have been done at BL09XU station of Spring-8 and at ID18 of ESRF.
