Аннотация доклада:
The idea of the World Government is not new at all and many prominent thinkers tried to solve this issue. But all their efforts were lost in vain. This happened because they tried to do it without proper philosophical approach and appropriate philosophical thinking... We must fosters the Global citizenship. Thus, we should assist in enlarging of the number of Earth citizens.... and then to establish Earth Parliament, Earth Government and other Earth authorities according to the Universal Constitution of Earth. This is the only way for the Humanity to survive.
