We analyze and optimize an exploitation of renewable resources in the stationary mode. The models under considerations account size or space distribution of the resource, the competition inside the population, and are far generalizations of the Malthus and logistic models. The exploitation is modeled by resource extraction in the stationary mode, which account both this distribution of the resource and the total effort, that can be applied for the extraction.
