Аннотация доклада:
We calculate the neutrino luminosity due to photoproduction of neutrino pairs in a degenerate gas of electrons on the lowest Landau level in a superstrong magnetic field B >> 10^{13} G taking into account a neutrino magnetic dipole moment (MDM). Relative upper bounds on the MDM are derived by comparing this electromagnetic mechanism of neutrino emission and the standard one via charged and neutral weak currents.
