Аннотация доклада:
Russia joined the Bologna process in 2003. We can say that Russia joined the global system of the worldwide standard of education then. The institute of higher education in Russia inevitably started to change. The implementation of the two-step education system in the higher school has a number of pros and cons that should be analyzed carefully. The quality of the knowledges taught has changed. The formation of the informational community influenced such changes.
