Jeremy Rifkin, a leading American sociologist, argues that the near-zero marginal cost society brought about by the Internet will end the capitalist economy in the next 30-50 years in his book "The Zero Marginal Cost Society"[1]. This subversive view is based on two points: first, the newer development of technology and infrastructure, that is, the Internet revolution consisting of the convergence of the communications Internet with the maturing energy Internet and the logistics Internet. Second, the institutional paradox of the market economy, which is increasingly highlighted by the Internet revolution: marginal costs are close to zero as a reflection of the extreme productivity, but at this point the business owners cannot recover their investment, much less make a profit. Therefore, in order to capture huge profits, industry giants seek monopoly status and prevent new entrants, thus preventing industry innovation and avoiding marginal cost reduction to zero. Against the backdrop of rapid development of information technology, the era of capitalism is fading from the world stage, and the new Internet of Things technology is giving rise to a new socio-economic model that changes the way of life of human beings: collaborative sharing. As a "new economy" and a "new business" under the Internet, the sharing economy is a third-party platform that temporarily transfers the right to use idle resources from the supply side to the demand side by improving the efficiency of the use of stock assets, thus promoting the sustainable development of the social economy[2].
