Аннотация доклада:
The aim of the report is to study agent relationships on venture capital market and to optimize these relationships under information asymmetry. The task is twofold: firstly, to provide a research of current agent relationships models that could be implemented in terms of innovation economy, and, secondly to present a theoretical model built up by the author and to optimize it for information asymmetry. The research is based on system method with economic and mathematical modelling.
