Аннотация доклада:
In 1968 were started researches on the synthesis of polymeric preparatiens(PP) having antitumor activity. Poly-4-vinilpyridine of different molecular weights is a vehicle of sarcolysin(S) and other chemical groups.Biological tests conducted on nice showed that there are compounds having an acute toxicity more than ten times lower than one of S. On ascitic Ehrlich S cancer some of the PP proved to be more than 4-5 times as affective as S in increasing the average duration of life.
