This work is devoted to the study of Russian consumer protection legislation and is aimed at students, teachers, scientists and practicing lawyers interested in studying Russian private law and, in particular, consumer protection law. The article discusses the basic rights of consumers in the Russian Federation and ways of their legal protection.
