The first touchscreen phone appeared less than 20 years ago, since 2010 the development of the Internet has risen to a new stage, and even in the last five years artificial intelligence has changed a lot. All this leads to the fact that’s now it is no enough to our society and many countries to have only regular constitutions and laws to resolve all issues in the digital world, now society needs a digital constitution.
