This report presents the some particular results of data analysis of measurements the gravitational redshift effect, from the RadioAstron satellite in the period 2015-2017 with an onboard hydrogen maser and similar standards at the tracking stations Pushchino (ASC LPI RAS, Russia) and Green Bank (NRAO, USA). The report discusses an improved method for processing gravity data without the use of conventional frequency counters at tracking stations, which have limited accuracy. In the new method, the parameters of the frequency evolution of communication radio signals are determined by the coefficients of the Fisher information matrix, and their accuracy is estimated using the limit of Cramer-Rao boundary. With large SNRs, this method promises to increase the accuracy of frequency measurement by an order of magnitude. The estimates presented below are limited to the signals received against the background of Gaussian white noise. In this frame it becomes possible to obtain a lower value of the GR violation parameter, close to the estimates obtained from observations of Galileo satellites.
