Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) solutions in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), are widely applied for fiber spinning and are used for producing various types of textile fabricsin the further, and could be transformed into carbon fiber after a heat treatment. Adding of various nanoparticles can affect the morphology of PAN fibers, and influence the processes of its stabilization and carbonization in obtaining carbon fiber. Here have been analyzed an effect of two nanofiller’s types of different nature, an impact assessment on the PAN precursor properties while formation stages of white fibers, an influence on the mechanical properties and on the process of precursor stabilization for further heat treatment in the preparation of carbon fiber to assess the effectiveness of the nanofillers’s introduction.
