Given below are the results of calculations of number density for solar cosmic rays (SCR) as a function of time and distance from the Sun for different values of diffusion coefficient (that is equivalent to the consideration of various energy values), at different values of solar wind velocity U. The calculations have shown, in particular, that the spectrum of SEP generation is subjected to considerable variations within the range of low energies at rather long period of time, if a movement of magnetic irregularities is taken into account. With U increase, maxima of curves for any energies are shifted towards shorter periods of time, while a rate of intensity decrease raises.
