This study analyzes ways to improve the anti-doping management based on an analysis of their strengths and weaknesses in relation to external threats and directions of development. It uses a model of SWOT analysis to investigate internal problems and resources of an organization and the influence of external factors. This analysis was carried out on the basis of the Federal Medical Biological Agency of Russia. The author has identified the most significant factors influencing the organization of anti-doping work and compiled a SWOT matrix to assess possible resources for its improvement, taking into account its strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities in the context present-day environment.
