Recently, there has been a steady increase in research into derivatives of Group 14 elements (E = Si, Ge, Sn) [1], which is caused by both fundamental interest (possibility of synthesis) and wide possibilities for their modification and prospects for practical application due to their unique properties (catalytic, optical, semiconductor). The report summarizes the research of our scientific group in recent years on tetrylenes (A, Fig. 1; heavy analogues of carbenes) [2] and oligoorganotetrelanes (В, Fig. 1; compounds with Е-Е bonds) [3].
