Modern experimental studies of superconducting qubits require an accurate control of their states while minimizing the inverse effect of the reading and control circuits on quantum circuits. Using the rapid single flux quantum logic (RSFQ) one can provide a more reliable control of superconducting quantum circuits on a chip in comparison with electromagnetic pulses in resonators and coaxial cables. In this paper, we present analytical study and numerical modeling of dynamics for superconducting flux qubit, which is magnetically coupled with RSFQ transmission lines in order to demonstrate the fundamental possibility of the implementation of simple logic operations on the picosecond time scale as well as fast non-demolishing measurements.
