Аннотация доклада:
To achieve the goals of remote monitoring of space crews, it is important to study the crew-MCC conversations regarding problem situations that periodically arise on board. Analysis of such conversations is able to show: a) the cause of the psychophysiological tension in cosmonauts; b) features of the crew-MCC interaction; c) coping strategies in problem situations, and d) their comparative effectiveness regarding the stress alleviation and problem solving.
