Nowadays artificial intelligence is one of the hottest topics to discuss all over the world. It is as plain as can be – AI is one of the cutting-edge technologies of our time. One of the key factors in a development of technology is a reliable regulatory system. With the development of AI, new opportunities and new threats arise such as copyright issues, the dissemination of prohibited or fake information, which can lead to increased tension in society. In this article, the focus is on the principles of legal regulation of the use of AI.
