It was reported that AAO microcantilevers can be obtained easily by the means of photolithography, and authors brightly demonstrated through resonance frequency measurements the possibility of usage these cantilevers for non-selective adsorption of water on the cantilever surface then moisture detection was shown. It can be the basic of a new class of free-label, highly sensitive biosensors
