Аннотация доклада:
Several probiotic strains of the lactic-acid bacterium Lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactis were established to release micromolar concentrations of neuromediators such as dopamine, serotonin, noradrenaline, and their degradation products. These findings open up new potentialities for the preventive and therapeutic use of the cultures of these bacteria and the dairy products prepared using them.
