We theoretically and experimentally investigate non-reciprocity in the zero order of diffraction at the acousto-optical beams interaction in paratellurite TeO2. If there is no phase matching condition the optical wave is spatially modulated by acoustical beam because of cascade nonlinearity. Non-reciprocity corresponds to the case where changes only the direction of the ultrasound wave vector. All other parameters remain the same. Then will be observed different deviation of the signal beam for the forward and backward propagation directions of optical beam.
