Аннотация доклада:
This study investigated structural components and functions of organizational trust according to employees’ notions. Collected data on the sample of 378 employees of different organizations (commercial, medical, educational) shows steadiness of notions of organizational trust between two culturally different samples (one in Russia and another in Uzbekistan). Obtained data provide basis for express-diagnostic of trust in organization and might be used for design of psychological training aiming high organization’s efficacy.
