Аннотация доклада:
The problem of diffraction of a plane wave at a 3-dimensional periodic layer is considered. The method of parallel projections is used. A computer program implementation of the presented algorithm is written. It is verified when comparing with an analytical solution and with computations performed by another program in the case of H-polarization. An example of calculation for the needs of see surface radiometry is presented.
