Satisfied and motivated employees become more engaged and committed, perform their functions and tasks better, and work hard to achieve company goals. The primary goal of this master's thesis was to establish and prove the positive correlation between employee satisfaction and work motivation in national and international companies. Furthermore, the study aimed to emphasize the significance of this aspect of human resources for any company that desires long-term success. Additionally, the thesis strived to provide practical recommendations that companies can utilize to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.
