Аннотация:Abstract. The interaction of gold nanoparticles with native samples of blood serum in
normal and pathological (cancer) cases was studied by static light scattering. It was
found that the concentration dependence of the scattering parameter cH/R90 for
healthy people has a positive slope, for the patients - negative. However, when you
add gold nanoparticles in water solutions of healthy people blood serum, the sign of
the intermolecular interaction coefficient does not change (positive slope remains the
same), and serum samples of patients is reversed (negative slope becomes positive).
